Who you are buying from
All Better Golf Tee orders are fulfilled by Ocean Edgewater LLC, a California limited liability company. The seller of record is Ocean Edgewater LLC.
Pre-orders
Pre-order payments are processed via Stripe. By placing a pre-order you authorize Ocean Edgewater LLC to charge your payment method for the order total at the time of pre-order. Shipping begins after July 4, 2026.
Pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future orders. Pre-order prices are locked at the time of order.
Shipping
We ship to United States addresses via USPS Ground Advantage. International shipping is not available at pre-order; we will add it before general release.

Limitation of liability
Better Golf Tee products are designed for use on synthetic hitting mats. Use at your own risk. Ocean Edgewater LLC is not responsible for damage to equipment, mats, or persons resulting from improper use of the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
