30 days from receipt. Defective tees replaced free, no return shipping needed.
Standard returns
If the product does not work for you, return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Email contact@bettergolftee.com with your order number to start a return.
Defective products
If a tee cracks, a foot detaches, or a cord fails within the first 30 days, we replace it free of charge. Send a photo to contact@bettergolftee.com; do not return the defective tee.
Pre-order cancellations
You can cancel a pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. Email contact@bettergolftee.com.
Refund processing
Refunds process to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
